Terms of Service

By using the Globe Scholar Consultant website or mobile app you agree to these terms. If we act as your consultancy you will also sign a service agreement covering the specific work, its fees and its refund terms.

Where the two differ, your signed service agreement takes precedence over this page.

We advise on admissions, visas and travel, prepare and check your application, and correspond with institutions on your behalf.

Eligibility results shown in the app are calculated from the requirements published by the institution and the details you enter. They are a guide to help you shortlist, not a decision, and requirements change without notice.

You agree to give accurate information and to keep your sign-in details secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

You may close your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account, or by asking us in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of everything you submit. Submitting a forged or altered document is fraud; it will end our engagement immediately, it is reportable to the authority concerned, and it can result in a lasting ban from applying to that country.

You keep ownership of your documents. You give us permission to use them for your application and to send them to the institutions and authorities you are applying to.

Our service fees and the circumstances in which they are refundable are those set out in your signed service agreement.

Charges paid to third parties — university application fees, government visa fees, medical examinations, English tests, courier costs — are not refundable by us, because they are not ours to refund. We pass them on at cost.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false, forged or altered documents;
• impersonate another person or apply on their behalf without authority;
• attempt to gain access to another user’s account or to our systems;
• copy or republish our directory content commercially.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance. Nothing here removes our obligation to complete work you have already paid for.

We are liable for loss caused by our own failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for a decision made by a university or a visa authority, for a change in a country’s immigration rules, or for a loss arising from information you gave us that was incomplete or incorrect.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
