Delete your account

You can close your Globe Scholar Consultant account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it. This page explains both, and exactly what happens to your records.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

This takes about ten seconds and needs no reply from us.

  1. Open the Globe Scholar Consultant app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. You are signed out immediately and can no longer sign back in.

Option 2 — ask us, without the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account:

Include your full name and the phone number on your account so we can find it, and say whether you want your account closed or your data erased outright — the difference is explained below.

We act on the request within 30 days and email you to confirm when it is done. You can also reach us on WhatsApp +92 316 4244715, though we will still confirm by email so you have a record.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

Deleting your account takes effect immediately: your sign-in is revoked, your app access ends, and your device stops receiving notifications from us.

If you want everything erased now

You can ask for erasure rather than closure. Email contact@globescholarconsultants.com with the subject Data erasure request.

We will delete everything we are not legally required to keep — including the documents you uploaded, your messages and your profile — and we will write back listing anything that remains and the obligation that requires it. This cannot be undone, and it ends any application we are handling for you.
